154R6. In sections 154R4 and 154R5,
“classification society” means a society or association for the classification and registry of vessels approved pursuant to the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 (S.C. 2001, c. 26);
“inspector” means an inspector of vessels appointed under the Canada Shipping Act, 2001;
“surveyor” means a surveyor to a classification society.
